Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations with more than 72 hours' notice will be offered a full refund. *

Alternatively, you can choose to allocate all money paid to be held on your guest account for future redemption. Holds are limited to a maximum of 12 months from the date of cancellation. After 12 months, all money held will not be honoured or refunded.

  • Cancellations of less than 72 hours' notice will not be refunded the deposit amount.*

Early departures or change of dates are not eligible for a refund unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy.

Guests who fail to notify of cancellation or non-arrivals will forfeit all money paid.

Refund conditions

If you have provided the required notice of cancellation as per the Cancellation Policy and are entitled to receive a refund, the deposit will be refunded to the original method of payment.

*Peak times- Peak times may be subject to different Cancellation Policy conditions. Please refer to your Booking Confirmation email for further details. Peak times include school holidays, public holidays, long weekends, Easter, Christmas, and some local events.
