Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations with more than 72 hours' notice will be offered a full refund. *

Alternatively, you can choose to allocate all money paid to be held on your guest account for future redemption. Holds are limited to a maximum of 12 months from the date of cancellation. After 12 months, all money held will not be honoured or refunded.

  • Cancellations of less than 72 hours' notice will not be refunded the deposit amount.*

Early departures or change of dates are not eligible for a refund unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy.

Guests who fail to notify of cancellation and do not arrive for their stay will be charged the full cost of their booking.

Refund conditions

If you have provided the required notice of cancellation as per the Cancellation Policy and are entitled to receive a refund, the deposit will be refunded to the original method of payment.

*Peak times- In peak periods, including Easter, Christmas and New Years season, a full refund of the deposit will be provided for cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival. Full payment of bookings is required 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the full cost of the booking.

*Seasonal Offers-  All seasonal offers will receive a full refund of the deposit for cancellations made 8 days or more prior to arrival. Otherwise, full payment is required 8 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. Changes to stay dates are permitted; however, standard rates will apply if the new dates fall outside the offer period, with any additional costs charged at check-in.
