Pet Policy

Pets are welcome to stay with guests on Powered Sites and in dedicated Pet Cabins in accordance with the Pet Policy and at Park Team's discretion.

The Pet Policy is in place for everyone’s wellbeing. Pets are only permitted around the Park grounds and in dedicated Pet Cabins. All other cabins and facilities are not to be entered by pets. Leads are to be worn by pets at all times and owners should always accompany pets, they should never be left unattended at the site/cabin. Pets and pet bedding are also not to be washed in Park facilities. Please clean-up after your pets and attempt to limit constant noise. Failure to adhere to the Pet Policy may result in guests being asked to leave the park without a refund.

Dedicated Pet Cabins are identified as such by name, and are limited to 2 pets. If excessive cleaning is required after departure, a post-stay cleaning fee may apply. All registered Guests are liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, fixtures, and fittings in the accommodation. Excluding damaged deemed as general wear and tear.
Guests who have incorrectly booked another cabin when travelling with a pet will have their booking cancelled. A refund may or may not be given at the Park Team's discretion. The Park Team will attempt to move guests to a Pet Cabin when possible but this is subject to availability.
